Hi TC. Sounds like a lot for one little bird, doesn't it, LOL.
Mainly, just as in humans, the reason for the variety is to cover all their nutrional needs. At first, it sounds very complicated, but actually isn't.
For just one bird, it can be relatively simple. Most food items, especially veggies can be frozen, so you need to take those, combine them all in a large bowl, then freeze in baggies. You can take one out of the freezer at night and move it to the refrigerator, so that it thaws by morning, or thaw it in the microwave. In the morning, it will just take a short while to add the items that cannot be frozen...and there you have it..their meal for the day.
Be very careful not to leave food out past the souring point, which differs which each area...temperature, humidity, etc.
Snacks throughout the day consist of carrot strips, celery, millet, etc. Whatever you have on hand.
