Banana, Coconut, Carrot Bread

1 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
8 eggs
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder
1/2 cup chopped almonds (can use any nut)
2 cups finely chopped carrots
1 whole soft banana

Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Stir wet ingredients into dry. Fold in carrots and nuts. I used 9x9x2 glass pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
