Birdie Pumpkin Pie By Denise Bell -- "DND AVIARY"
![]() Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 15 oz can 100% pumpkin 12 oz firm tofu 2 eggs 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour into pie crust and spread evenly. (I used 8" pie pan - 9" would be better). Cook until middle is firm, about 50-60 minutes. Cool and serve. Crust: 1 cup almond flour 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon olive oil squirt of honey Mix all ingredients. Should be moist. Put in pie pan and spread evenly. |
