Introducing Dog to Bird

Please tell me how to introduce my Jack Russell Mix to my newly acquired Eclectus he is 10 years (Pepi th bird) old and Lellanyand Danny just dropped him off he is the most amazing little man!

Sorry I did not see your post sooner - how are your dog and Pepi getting along at this time?
How old is your Jack Russell? how does he tend to behave toward birds or other animals (such as ones he sees outside)? How is he reacting to Pepi now? JRs are very active dogs - terriers are very active in general, and JRs are a very high energy member of a high-energy group!
You are Pepi's mom now? He is an amazing little guy!
