"Cinnamon", an exotic looking female Eclectus is three and a half months old in this picture and will no doubt molt into a beautiful, normally colored Eclectus. Owners Debra and Craig Johnson from Mandeville, Louisianna stated that this was the first time their birds have hatched a baby with abnormally colored feathers. Niether the parent birds nor the baby were medicated or fed colored pellets, so the cinnamon-color baby was a surprise and the cause remains a mystery.
